Own Floor In 3 Storey House

I am looking for 2 females who are very sociable..
Happy to spend time at home but also enjoy occasional evenings out.. Ideally she would enjoy doing some cooking as well as watching TV and listening to music.
The house is only 6 years old and is in excellent decorative order. The living accommodation is substantial, there being up to 5 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms on the first and second floors. The ground floor has a large kitchen/diner plus a very comfortable lounge. There is off-street parking for 2 cars plus a garage, also a reasonable size garden. The rent includes all bills .
Despite there being a lot of available space it is only intended to have 3 occupants living in the house., hence the slightly higher rent..
One tenant would have sole use of the top floor which consists of a lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for working from home.. The other vacancy is for a bedroom with more or less sole use of a bathroom.
