I am looking for 1 female flatmate to share with 2 existing flatmates who are very sociable..
Happy to spend time at home but also enjoy occasional evenings out.. Ideally they would enjoy doing some cooking as well as watching TV and listening to music.
The house is only 7 years old. It is situated in a very convenient area of Bedford, only 12 minutes walk from the station and town centre.
It is in excellent decorative order. The living accommodation is substantial, there being up to 5 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms on the first and second floors. The ground floor has a large kitchen/diner plus a very comfortable lounge. There is off-street parking for 2 cars plus a garage, also a reasonable size garden. The rent includes all bills plus regular cleaning..
Despite there being a lot of available space it is only intended to have 3 persons occupying the house.. The available room has a bathroom close to the room which is exclusive to the new renter.
