Room situated in a large 5 bedroom house in Biggleswade on the Maythorns Estate. The estate was designed by David Wilson homes and is very well presented and well maintained by the managing agent. Property well presented throughout and maintained to a high standard. House is approx 1.5 miles from Biggleswade town centre and train station with good links to Cambridge and London.

The room is a large, furnished double with its own en-suite with a shower and a bath. It is effectively a master suite as the house has two master suites within due to its size.

We are a married couple living within the 5 bedroom Home so there’s plenty of space! We’re both professionals. Happy to drop someone to the station in the morning but we do leave early! Would consider a reduce rate for a Mon-Fri let.

Biggleswade is a friendly, market town with lots of local amenities. Lots of new restaurants, shops and bars are opening in the local area. There is also a retail park with excellent shops just a 5 minute walk away. A new pub/restaurant is set to open a 2 minute walk away in Nov.

Please note the furniture in the room will be different. Also happy for people to bring their own if they would like.

We have two cats and a Labrador. All very friendly but won’t come into your room.
