Description
We are live in tenants and currently have a large double room with private bathroom available, in our spacious 4 bedroom house. The room is furnished with a double bed and triple wardrobe with drawers, desk and bedside table.
We are clean and tidy with open plan kitchen / dining / living rooms. We are looking for a professional person who is independent and in stable employment.
This is a lodger let, so no additional bills, and you will have access to most of the house, incl kitchen, dining and utility rooms. You would be responsible for cleaning up after yourself, as well your own room and bedding.
You would have a modernised, allocated bathroom (next door to the bedroom), with shower and bath which is for your sole use. We also have a regular professional cleaner for all the communal areas. We have a lovely, well kept, sunny garden with a flourishing fish pond. We are a very easy going and welcoming couple, who value mutual respect. We also have one other long-stay male lodger. Please note that for security reasons, we do not allow any additional visitors / overnight guests. This is a quiet and peaceful home in Biggleswade which is a thriving market town with plenty of cafes, pubs shops and restaurants; Great family pub (The Kings Reach) 5 mins walk. Train station 15-20 min walk - direct line to King Cross. Biggleswade town 15 minute walk. New retail Park 2 mins by car. Cambridge 30 mins by car. Close to A1. Bus stop close by.
Possibility of off road parking if required.
Non- smoking household.
Our new house guest must be clean, tidy, respectful, trustworthy and reliable - and you will get the same in return.
NB; we do have a very gorgeous, non-moulting, friendly and well behaved dog who will be your friend in return for tummy rubs.
