I live in a modern, ground floor flat, with free street parking, a co-op across the road, gym/pool next door and a 10 min walk to the train station.
It has a garden, spacious lounge/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.
The ensuite double room is spacious, furnished with a super king size bed, black out curtains, wardrobes, Chester drawers, shower and toilet. View out the window is into the garden.

Rent includes all bills, council tax, tv license and wifi.

1 person - £900
Couple or someone with pets - £1100

Things about you:
Ideally vegetarian but not a dealbreaker - I’m a veggie
Loves animals - I have a loving golden retriever and tabby cat. FYI he does malt
Clean and tidy - must share the cleaning as I like it clean and tidy
Ideally social - enjoys a chat, perhaps even sharing the cooking but again, not a dealbreaker if you like keeping to yourself!
Respectful - quiet past 10pm. As bedrooms are next to each other, any phone calls or tv etc past 10 will need to be done in the lounge.

Things about me:
I do triathlons, love cooking, playing piano and singing. I adore music, going to gigs, constantly challenging/bettering myself and travelling around the world as often as I can.

My business/lifestyle keeps me incredibly busy, so I may not be around that much. When I am, it would be lovely to share my home with someone who is kind, who wants to enjoy a place they can call home for the timebeing.

6 months min term, 30 days notice period.
