Double bedroom with en-suite or whole flat

Hello, I’m Becca :)
I’m a 29-year-old yoga teacher and English Language teacher living on the Kings Reach estate in Biggleswade, about a 21-minute walk from Biggleswade station. I live in a peaceful two-bedroom flat on the first floor with an open-plan kitchen and living space, two bathrooms, and access to a shared garden.

I’m looking for someone who can move in now and enjoy the space while I’m here AND/OR take care of the flat while I travel to India from January to April for further study and work opportunities.

The flat is calm and cosy, perfect for someone who values a peaceful and beautiful home. The room available is a double with its own bathroom, and there’s a table in the living area that can be used as a desk. Bills are all included in the rent - council tax (Band B), water, electricity, and internet.

I’m offering the space at £750 per month (all bills included) from now until December.
My main priority is finding someone for the space from January to April, while I’m away, the rent would be £1,100 as you’d have the whole flat to yourself.
I’m also open to renting out both rooms together while I’m away for £1,500 including bills if this works for anyone.

For right now I’d love to find someone who is female (ideally 21–50), open-minded, kind, and friendly. Someone who will appreciate and care for the space while I’m gone.
