Double bedroom with en-suite

Hello, I’m Becca :)

I’m a 30-year-old yoga teacher and English language teacher living on the Kings Reach estate in Biggleswade, around a 21-minute walk from Biggleswade station. I live in a peaceful two-bedroom flat on the first floor with an open-plan kitchen and living space, two bathrooms, and access to a shared garden.

I’m currently looking for someone to move in as my previous tenant has recently moved out. The rent is £775 per month including all bills, and there may also be the opportunity to have the whole flat to yourself while I potentially travel to India from November 2026 to January 2027, in which case the rent would increase and can be discussed further.

The flat is calm, cosy, and ideal for someone who values a peaceful and beautiful home environment. The room available is a double room with its own bathroom and fold-out desk, and there is also a table in the living area that can be used as a workspace.

Bills included are council tax (Band B), water, electricity, and internet.

I’d love to find someone who is female (ideally aged 21–60), open-minded, kind, friendly, and respectful of the space. I’m currently building my business elsewhere as well, so I may not always be at the flat full-time. However, when I am there, I’m a friendly and chatty person while also valuing my own quiet and alone time.

I’m looking for someone who will enjoy and care for the home both while I’m here and potentially while I’m away travelling.
