Utility bills, wifi, and council tax are included in the monthly rent. The room is available to rent from now on and viewings are possible on Friday, Sunday and Monday.

There is a lot of space for parking and no parking restrictions near the property. We are a family of four members (a couple with a daughter aged 14 and son aged 9) and have 3 cats which are lovely and calm. We would like a tenant who is a tidy, friendly person.
