Our beautiful house is our pride and joy, but due to relocation, we're pleased to be advertising it for rental from January 2026.

We're seeking a professional couple who will value the passion we have put into our house, and treat it like their own.

The house is situated on much-sought-after London Road, Biggleswade. A 5 minute walk to the town and train station (with direct links London, Stevenage, Hitchin, and Peterborough), and 10 minute walk to the retail park. 30 minute drive or two trains to Cambridge.

It is totally detached, with a striking front entrance and wraparound garden.

The entry hallway has a huge, fully equipped 5m x 5m kitchen-diner to the left and 5m x 5m living room to the right, which could also be used as a second bedroom.

Stairs lead up to a separate toilet, family bathroom, and utility room on the left, with a spacious double bedroom on the right.

Please note, there are further rooms which will remain locked. We may be willing to negotiate use of one additional bedroom, for an increased rental price.

House tenants will have full access to the generous, green garden, which wraps around the house.

House tenants will have 2/3 designated parking spaces available at the rear of the property, with direct access through the back of the garden.

We're more than willing to consider pets, but would request that dogs remain downstairs. Regretfully, we will not consider smokers or payment through housing credit.

We will require a landlord/employer/character reference, evidence of affordability, and a secured deposit of £1,500 alongside the first month's rent.

Bills are excluded from the rental price, and will be managed by us as landlords, amounting to £650 per month maximum.
