Female housemate wanted for a huge double bedroom in a brand new detached 5 bedroom house.

The room is 5m x 4m and comes fully furnished with a private shower room.

All bills are included: Council tax, gas, electricity, TV license and internet.

Large Kitchen/Diner with double patio doors leading to back garden. Good size main lounge plus second lounge on top floor.

Double garage which can be used for storing bikes etc if required.

We are a friendly couple and are used to having a tenant living with us. I work in London and my boyfriend works all over the country so sometimes it is just me at home during the week.

Please note that we are expecting a baby in October so potential house mates would need to be ok with this. This could be the ideal home for you if you like a quiet chilled out house.

The house is located in the new Saxon Fields development, 15 mins walking distance to town centre and train station. 2 minutes drive from the A1

Would consider a Mon-Fri let at reduced rate if required.
