Courtyard garden to rear, with gazebo and pretty hanging baskets and potted plants.

Small garden to the front with shrubs, roses, multiple lavender bushes and wonderful views across the Chiltern Hills and Dunstable Downs.

Waddesdon Manor and Bicester Village retail outlet to the west.
