Double room available with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, single wardrobe and storage boxes/shelves. No TV in the room but there is an aerial if you wanted to put one in there.

Quiet, clean and tidy household in a very peaceful, private estate - cul de sac.
Use of own off road parking space. Driving distance of Luton/Bedford/Hitchin/Biggleswade areas, not far from A6, M1 and A1M. Walking distance of Shefford and access to Hitchin/Arlsey and Flitwick train stations.

Shared bathroom with two other females - mother and daughter. We have pet cats who are out most of the time.
Use of the kitchen and dining room but not the lounge area as I work from home in that area.
Looking for a professional female for this room with similar views ie quiet, tidy etc. No other people will be allowed to stay over in the room at any time.
