I'm looking for a responsible fun house sharer

Lovely ensuite kingsize room in brand new house. All mod cons available. Tennant must be tidy and help out with house cleaning. Must also like cats. I work in London and drive so lifts into London a possibility. Arlesey train station is 30mins walk away. There is a parking space for person too at this property. I am very easy going and enjoy going out and chilkin at home with a beer or a bottle of wine. I hope to find a similar person to share my house with.
