We are looking to rent out our spare room. The room is very private. We live in 5 bedroom house but it's only two of us plus two dogs so we thought it might be nice to rent one or two rooms out.
The bedroom comes complete with a double bed, TV, wardrobe, bedside table, shelves, desk and has been recently refurbished so everything is nice and new. Room has blackout blinds so nice sleep is guaranteed :-) council tax bad E
The house has been recently refurbished and has new carpets through out.
We live on a pretty quiet street and we love the location. The house is 15 mins drive to Milton Keynes and 15 mins to Bedford. Cranfield Uni is 5 mins away. There is plenty of parking
House benefits: Sky & Netlfix TV in lounge, 200 MBPS fibre optic broadband, cleaner twice a week, a separate laundry room
