The rooms - the rooms are a decent size, fitting a double bed, a chest of drawers, a built in wardrobe and we will also provide a desk and chair. It is also directly next to the bathroom which you will share with one other person majority of the time. You also have access to a big beautiful garden which is perfect for summer!

The studio - is a single studio, with a kitchen, en suite, parking, single bed, desk, washing machine and wardrobe. Please enquire for photos

The location - the house is located on a small estate which has parking and is 5 minutes walk from the nearest shop and bus stop. It is located in Cranfield which is around 5 mins drive/ 10 mins bus ride to Cranfield university! It’s also about 10 mins walk to the nearest pub and cafe:)

A bit about us - we are in our late twenties. We’re into music, including going to gigs and festivals and collecting records. We like to socialise with our friends but also like to watch TV, enjoy the garden and relax! We sometimes have friends over but that is usually once a month and we will always let you know. Vice versa, you are welcome to do the same! We are laid back, not OCD but like the place to be kept clean so are looking for someone tidy.

About you - The house would fit a student or professional in their 20’s/30’s very well. It’s a great size with great transport links! Room available asap
