Payment terms 3 months rent in advance, representing the first and last 2 months of your contract plus £300 deposit.

The location - the house is located MK43 0BJ Cranfield Village. Beautiful location ideal if you walk or cycle. A car is recommended but not essential.

Located in Cranfield village super close to the M1 (juct 13 or 14, & Cranfield university which is around 5 mins bus ride.
Ideal for Professionals and students.

About you - The studio would suit a student or professional, and all inclusive of bills (add £50 council tax contributions if you are professional). It has also has washing machine & tumble facilities. The studio is available from August 2025. We are looking for someone respectful and clean: Please let us know a bit about yourself! If employed you will need references and proof of 6 months income.

Payment terms 3 months rent in advance representing the first & last 2 months of your contract.
