Double room for rent for cranfield student

Looking for a potential tenant to take over the remaining 2-3 months of my contract, unti the 31st of august or 23rd of September, as I need to leave the place urgently as I'm moving back with family. Giving the place at a discounted rate as it's sitting there empty. The house is a bungalow with an all glass conservatory and large garden. Bathroom is shared with 1 other tenant. Water and internet included in rent. It's possible to have a longer contract but it will be at the full price of 650£ after the 23rd of September. Gas and electricity cost is shared among tenants, but tends to be around 40£ a month each
