Spacious Double En-Suite in Student House

Hi!

I'm currently looking for a new tenant to replace me in this lovely shared house by August or September 1st.

The Bedroom is a spacious double, fully equipped with a desk/chair, wardrobe, draws, shelves, nightstand, lamps and under-bed storage. It also comes with its own En-Suite bathroom with a standard shower, toilet, mirror and sink with built-in storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with basic necessities including an abundance of appliances and crockery. You won't need to worry about fridge space, as there are two massive fridges and a freezer! Those who dislike washing up by hand can relax because there is also a brilliant dishwasher! The space is open plan so it leads right to a large dining table and lounge area with a TV and couch.

There is also a great back garden that we love to host BBQs in and also has a clothes line to hang laundry in warmer months.

The laundry room is separate from the main house just beside the kitchen, providing both a washing machine and dryer as well as an extra freezer and storage space.

The current tenants are all very polite, friendly men, though most of them will be moving out in September, so you wouldn't be living together for long. To any women who may be hesitant, my experience here has been better than all my previous share houses and the private En-Suite bathroom solves any worries you might have about privacy!

Students who are dissatisfied with their current sharehouse, are looking to leave accommodation or are coming in for the new September intake, I highly recommend this room and house!
