Both rooms are double bedrooms, one has an en suite, the other a seperate bathroom, available to rent both for single occupancy only, no couples.

The room includes an Ottoman double bed with a foam mattress, 2 chests of drawers + triple wardrobe.

You will have use of the kitchen and lounge, to share with the landlord.

No allocated parking but on street parking is available just 2 minutes away.

Deposit is 1 month's rent for either room

Only a 5 minute walk from Dunstable Town centre a 2 minute walk from Sainsbury's/gym etc, 5 minute drive to L&D hospital and 10 seconds to nearest bus stop.

I'm looking for a quiet, tidy and responsible professional to share my home.
