One double bedroom with en suite is available to rent with use for single occupancy only.
The room includes an Ottoman double bed with a foam mattress (bed and mattress are 12 months old), 2 chests of drawers + triple wardrobe.
You will have use of the kitchen and lounge, to share with the landlord.
No allocated parking but on street parking is available just 2 minutes away.
Deposit is 1 month's rent.
Only a 5 minute walk from Dunstable Town centre a 2 minute walk from Sainsbury's/gym etc, 5 minute drive to L&D hospital and 10 seconds to nearest bus stop.
