Double room to rent in a house share

Mum and I are looking for someone to rent a room out in our house around the end of October, possibly before (for a minimum of 6 months).

We are very laid back and looking for someone to fit in. All bills are included within the rent. One month upfront would be needed as a deposit to secure the room. We can offer WiFi, a double bedroom right next to the main bathroom, a large spacious living room, dining and kitchen area, a garden and a parking space right outside the front.

We are situated in a quiet part of Dunstable, which is a short walk from the town center. We are also close to the L&D hospital (2.5 miles) and only 8.7 miles away from Luton Airport. Our nearest train station is Leagrave which is also only 3.8 miles away.

We have a cat but she is trained and doesn't cause any problems. Due to this, we can not have other pets.

Our place is unfortunately a non - smoking household, so if you are a smoker, we would expect you to do so outside.
