The kitchen/dining area has a fridge freezer, washer dryer, own cupboard space, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining table and 6 chairs.

The apartment is located in a very nice, safe, quiet cul-de-sac and has a gated car park. It is approximately 10 minutes drive from the M1, J9 and 1 or 2 minutes walking distance to the bus stop (available buses in photo). The apartment is a couple minutes walking distance to the corner shops and a pub. Supermarkets and the town centre is 3-5 minutes driving distance.
