Hi, I am renting out my beautiful and spacious basement room in central Dunstable. With easy access to both rail and airport.
The house is within walking distance of Dunstable Amazon, Superdrug and Signature Flatbread.

The room is newly decorated and furnished. The bathroom and kitchen has recently been renovated to a high standard.
You would be sharing with myself, partner & my pet cats. We are very easy to get along with.
I have no preference of either male or female tenant just someone who should be reliable and respectful of the property and tidy up after themselves.

Please note that the room is single occupancy only. And no smoking in the property.
