This newly decorated double bedroom in Dunstable, Bedfordshire is ready for a clean, tidy and professional individual who is happy to share with a working family. Beautiful views of the Blows Downs nature reserve and large garden helps this light and quiet room feel peaceful. All living areas are shared but large enough it won't cause any awkwardness. We have a cat that tends to mind his business and one child who is old enough to understand boundaries and privacy. Bills are included (energy, wifi) in the monthly rent except water which is equally divided each quarter. 1 months deposit will be requested.
