The rent includes utility usage based on reasonable and fair consumption. A Fair Usage Policy applies. Excessive or unreasonable use of utilities may result in additional charges being applied in accordance with the tenancy agreement.

House Standards: Cleanliness is a top priority within the property. All tenants are expected to maintain shared areas to a good standard, clean up after themselves, and contribute to keeping the house tidy, hygienic, and respectful for everyone living there.

Tenancy Requirements:

Single occupancy only
Suitable for a clean, considerate, and responsible tenant
Long-term tenancy preferred
Fixed tenancy term of 18 months (1 year and 6 months)
References and identification may be required
