Single Room To Let

I have a furnished single room to let in Dunstable that is close to the town centre. 5-10 minute walk to the busway which gives a direct route to Luton train station, and 20 minute drive to the m1. The area overlooks the blows downs which is a lovely place to walk. The room is fully furnished and is a very quiet room at the back of the house. I have a nice fully enclosed large garden, on street parking outside the house and you have use of all amenities and have your own freezer and half of a large fridge. There is a TV with DVD player in the room also. Please no one with housing benefits. I would welcome a student or professional person. It is a large house with a downstairs toilet and a bathroom upstairs. It has broadband installed and an outside aerial for the TV. No couples please or overnight visitors as it is a single room with single occupancy thank you. We have a small dog who is very friendly and cute. He does not moult so is good for allergies. He is house trained and well behaved. There is also a security light at the front and back of the house.
