Lovely accomodation In Modern Duplex

I have a very nice room available in a modern Duplex with use of all the facilities. There is a cloakroom on first floor and bathroom on top floor. Large kitchen/diner and double aspect lounge. I will be moving in myself on the 21st May and would like someone to share my house. I am not there most of the Summer as I go to Devon and in the Winter go to Tenerife you would have the place to yourself most of the time and obviously have the responsibility of taking care of it. It is situated in a very nice area with views over a park. Easy access to M1 and Bedford Station, Hospital and town.
