Looking to rent spare room out to supplement income. It is a furnished double room and other facilities will be shared: lounge, conservatory, kitchen and bathroom. House is situated in a small estate in quiet location. Included for use are washing machine, tumble dryer, fridgefreezer, microwave, power shower and cooker facilities. There is allocated parking and a private garden.

Property is within walking distance of train station and a short drive to junction 12 or 13 of M1 motorway and 5 mins from Center Parcs Woburn.

Applicants must like animals as home is shared with small friendly dog.

I am looking for ideally Mon to Fri let, however other shift patterns considered.
