Quiet professional welcome to rent Mon-Fri :)

Perfect for short term if you are working or visiting London/ Luton/ Bedford/ St Albans etc by train or by car from the house. I have a paring space close to the house and an old garage (but with leaking roof).
Spacious and warm double sized room, furnished, with two double glazed windows. Situated in a peaceful area which is a short walk to the train station (to which I walk to in the mornings).
I am a 31 year old professional who works in London and commutes from Flitwick. I live with one 14 year old cat who is very independent and usually sleeps downstairs on the sofa!
All bills would be included, such as broadband, some Virgin tv channels (no sports), gas, elec, council tax, water.
Shared bathroom (with bath), kitchen, living room. Must be OK with current water situation which means hot water sometimes takes a few minutes to heat up (still fine). Also bathroom taps need fixing, so must be held down a bit when used at the moment, in order for them to work.
I like to completey unwind and relax when home, which, for me means peace and quiet and watching the tv in the evenning quite often! I respect your privacy and keep my noise levels low in return.
I am pretty laid back when it comes to sharing bathroom products. However food would be separate just to avoid any confusion!
Monday to Friday renting only, please.
