Flat share. Double room - New housemate needed.

30 year old male seeks new flatmate for flat share in Flitwick. Current housemate/long time friend is moving out, and moving in with his girl come December.
Very close to Flitwick station which is handy for commuters, this is a lovely flat. I'm looking to stay here, find someone to help pay the bills, and hopefully make friends with.
It has 2 decent sized bedrooms, a wide living room, with a decent bathroom and kitchen. Building is only 10-15 years old and we'll be managed through a private landlord and country properties. Neighbourhood is quiet and secure. Has washing machine, cooker along with my own furniture.

I'm at that stage in life where I'm long past being a student, so I'm really looking for a professional male or female. Possibly a mature student. Someone who is relatively neat, relatively educated, respectful, with maturity and not necessarily a huge party goer. Although I do like a drink at times. At the same time I'm not looking for someone who will be indoors 24/7.
To give you an idea of my personality, I will say that I lean more towards your arty film buff, and nerdy music lover type. Quite humorous. Past times include music festivals, absorbing culture and film nights in.
So if you're a footy larger lad/lass then we probably won't have much in common.
So hoping to meet someone similar, and get on well with them. Nothing is more important than peace of mind.
