Clean single bedroom in clean 2 bedroom house available soon. Some street parking in the close and some off road availability. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, some time will be needed to furnish if required. I am a live in landlord and occasionally have family dogs to stay at weekends so you must be a dog lover. Your pet may be welcome please advise of type and size before decision is made due to dogs sometimes staying here. £75 per week for 7 day week, £50 for Monday to Friday I don't mind which but you must be a working professional with active social life. Small private garden with patio area, bills excluding food included. No landline so you must have a mobile, Virgin internet and Freeview TV in main shared lounge. I am not a vegetarian but I do eat healthy and juice a lot so someone with the same interest in this area would be ideal.
