We are a professional working couple that have decided to rent out our spare room. Shared bathroom. £550 pcm (and one months rent upfront) includes all bills includes wifi . No pets allowed. Parking space for you. We live in a bottom floor maisonette, own front door and back door that leads to our own back garden with nice garden furniture, BBQs etc allowed. It is fine if you smoke, but you can do it in the back garden. Use of washing machine, and a nice kitchen/bathroom/lounge. Ideal commute for A1, A428 for MK, Cambridge Stevenage etc.
We are out alot so you will have plenty of time to chill out alone. You will have your own shelf in freezer and fridge, your own cupboard space in kitchen and your own shelf in bathroom. Couples welcome but rent will be £800 per month and deposit also £800.
