Best room in the Heath!

CAN ONLY CONSIDER THOSE WHO DO NOT WORK AT HOME. Thanks. I have a gorgeous, clean, bright, part furnished room available 1st April. The room includes a chest of drawers, wardrobe, two shelves, a lamp, rustic wooden floor boards and black out blinds. It is a beautiful, two bed semi-detached Victorian cottage, (approx. 2 miles from Leighton Buzzard, 4 miles from Woburn, about a 15 min drive to MK and to the M1, Junction 11A). There is the 150 bus stop right across the road from my house which goes into MK. Ideally you need a car to live here. Shared kitchen/diner, gardens, bathroom and the WI-FI is unlimited. Street parking available. I have gorgeous gardens, including patio area, lawns and a large decking area, which is perfect for sunbathing and BBQs. I grow my own herbs, veggies, I have planted some trees and flowers. It is a south-west facing garden, so when the sun is out, it is in the garden for most of the day, which is a real bonus in the spring and summer months!! The village has a great community spirit about it with very good local amenities; the co-op is open daily until 10pm, (apart from Christmas day). There are four lovely pubs within walking distance. Rushmere park is minutes away on foot; the woods are truly stunning. I will only consider considerate lodgers, someone who is respectful, clean, reliable, tidy and who has manners. This is not a party house! You will need your own bed (small double or single is ideal). Short term considered.
