Furnished double room for rent

Double room in house to rent.
I need someone reliable and trustworthy in my home. I have two friendly cats.
Room has built in storage and TV provided if wanted with firestick.
House has modern bathroom and kitchen, which has all amenities. Comfy living room, relaxing garden and downstairs toilet too.

Happy to accept full term lodger or 5 days a week at a reduced rent to be discussed.
Parking is available and a car is must here as public transport can be tricky.
5min walk to One Stop, coffee shop and takeaways.
My current lodger has been with me for 6 years whilst working in the area and is only leaving due to job change.
I will require references.
