I'm a live in Landlord, house shared with 1 female lodger - so you would be number 3 in the house, This is a good sized single room on the 1st floor, with built in wardrobes, bed etc., with a shared (with my step daughter who stays very occasionally) bathroom & shower (hence looking for a FEMALE preferably), easy parking & a short walk to local shops / takeaways from this 25 year old property. Fully furnished with, smart TV, fast broadband etc. shared kitchen & a small gym in the garage (treadmill/bike etc) Very handy for Hitchin, Letchworth - 10 mins, Bedford & Stevenage, 25 Mins & Arlesey main line station 3. 5 miles (Kings X 38 mins) large secure garden & patio (bike storage etc if reqd) there's a few chickens roaming around (in the garden obvs) & give us free eggs., plus a pair of cats to help make you feel at home We have a cleaner that comes in once a fortnight to look after the shared area's , so you would only have to keep your own room etc clean. Looking for full time £530 per month or Monday to Friday £400 per month
