We have 4 rooms available in a spacious 4 bedroom house. We are a married couple with no children living downstairs in the house and have 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms available for rent upstairs. There is a large front garden and free parking at the rear of the property and in the area.

Large kitchen with breakfast bar is a shared area.

The Fridge/freezer is built in and fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine.

All bills included in the rent.

Wires/cables in all rooms for easy connection for tv in each room.

All rooms are unfurnished.

We are in the process on replacing the bathroom and front porch which may not be complete before moving in, however the bedrooms kitchen and rest of the house will be freshly painted.
