Description
We are looking for a laidback flatmate to rent a large double bedroom. Fully furnished room in a 4 bed house in Houghton Regis. New build with backyard to soak the sun. Parking available. 5 minute drive to Houghton Town Centre and 15 minutes to Leagrave for train into London.
We are a couple. We are both working professionals - 33 year old male WFH weekdays 8 am to 5pm as a procurement manager. 32 year old female working as an emergency doctor at L&D with shift work. We also have a very chatty white cat.
We are very tidy and organized. We are quite sociable whenever we are not busy with our professional lives. We enjoy fitness and also the odd glass of wine on a weekend. We are looking for a mature and friendly flatmate for up to 6 months (ideal for someone who is working locally for a short period and/or someone who travels a lot for work).
