Double Room to let

Hi,
I am looking to rent out my spare double bedroom from April 2015.
I am a professional female who is looking for a house share. I have a dog and a cat so must like animals. From April to July i will be living in Essex at weekends (taking the dog with me). While i am away i would kindly request that my housemate feeds the cat! He has his own door so no other responsibilty other than throwing down some bickies for the old boy. The newly decorated room is fully furnished, the shared lounge has broadband, all the mod cons, nice wooden flooring, Virgin Tivo and a lovely South facing garden with a conservatory, perfect for summer. Also has 2 off street parking spaces in a private cul-de-sac.
I am tidy and like to keep things clean, my dog is very well behaved and i enjoy going out on my motorbike, the odd trip to the pub and meeting up with friends. Anyway, if you think this could be for you, please get in touch! Sarah.
