Description
Double room available with bills inc, wifi, parking in cosy home. 40 minutes away from London. 10 minutes away from train station. Work in the building industry and have an empty room going to waste. Atm there's just a double bed in there but happy to supply tv and wardrobe if requested. Due to the hours I work lounge is usually free and that has tv with sky, ps4. I have cleaner come in once a week so only light tidying required. There is parking directly outside the house in a quiet close. House is also alarmed. Is only available Monday to Friday but am happy for occupant to stay Sunday nights also and would be looking to rent to a professional.
