Large double bedroom in house share with owner and his friendly dog. Room has double bed, side board, built in wardrobe, flatscreen tv (only with aerial), large chest of drawers. House has lovely living and dining rooms, driveway space for a car, kitchen with all mod cons inc. Washing machine, drier, dishwasher. There’s a large mature garden with a lawn and flower beds. Shared main bathroom with bath and shower but the house has an extra WC. 10 mins from the M1, there’s a gym and retail park just a 2 min drive away, close to parks, corner stores, Morrisons is a 15 min walk but Morrisons daily is round the corner. Quiet, friendly road.
