All bills inclusive (toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap too)
- no guests allowed to visit (no one can stay overnight but you)
- no pets
- nothing illegal to be brought into the house
- you MUST have a normal 9-5 FULL TIME job (no night shifts no part-timers)
