2 rooms available to rent

All bills are included with the cost of the room. Living room with 43in TV, spare room downstairs, laundry room, kitchen and conservatory are shared areas. 2 fridges and 1 freezer available to use. Access to the garden.
Large bedroom has a private unsuite connected to it, with a double shower and lots of space for storage.
2 other bathrooms are shared. Downstairs has the toilet and sink, upstairs has the toilet ,sink and bath.
Any damages caused by yourself will need to be repaired at your own cost.
Preferably looking for female lodgers who are tidy and clean. If a couple, price would be a little bit more of an increase.
Currently have 2 cats in the house, but they are mainly outdoors.
