All bills are included with the cost of the room. Living room with 43inch TV, laundry room, kitchen and conservatory are shared areas. Fridge and freezer available to use. Access to the garden.
Single bed in one room with double wardrobe, desk, chair and draw.
Small double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chair and fold up desk in the other single. 2 shared bathrooms. Downstairs has the toilet and sink, upstairs has the toilet ,sink and bath/shower.
Any damages caused by yourself will need to be repaired at your own cost.
Preferably looking for female lodgers who are tidy and clean.
Currently have 2 cats in the house, but they are mainly outdoors.
