We are a family of three with a very friendly pet dog located in Kempston, Bedford (7 minutes from the M1, junction 13 on route A421). It is a quiet, family-friendly road. We are looking for a single male or female to rent a furnished double room on the second floor of our home. There is a shared full bathroom right next to the bedroom. A shared WC on the ground. The kitchen is shared, and there is a washer and dryer available. There is plenty of on street parking available. An approx. 10 minute walk to kempston and Lidle supermarket. Approximately 15 minutes walk to Sainsbury’s and Cooperative. The nearest bus routes are 53, C1, 68, and 1.
