This three bedroom apartment is in a prominent position at Kempston Mill, overlooking the River Ouse.
This gated community is very safe and peaceful.
From the front door you have access to miles of walks in the countryside and the River Ouse.
The apartment is located in the corner of the courtyard and is comprised of a first & second floor.
The first floor is accessed by a private staircase from the courtyard to the front door of the apartment.
Once inside, there is a large entrance hall, with a corridor leading to the kitchen diner, together with a cloakroom, toilet and basin and staircase to the second floor.
The kitchen/diner is fully appointed and has three windows overlooking the river. Appliances are oven, cooker hood extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, fridge freezer and microwave. There is room to bring your own cooking equipment , cutlery and crockery.
The sitting room is for use of the landlord only and there are alternative spaces, like the dining area and hall to relax.
Moving to upstairs, the bedroom is located at the end of the landing in the northwestern corner of the apartment, giving wonderful sunsets .The bedroom has two windows and a large clothes storage cupboard with hanging rail. Next door is an exclusive shower/bathroom for your own use. Next door to that there is another bedroom which i am not going to let. It is currently used as a dressing room/ filing cupboard.
Depending on your needs i may be able to provide additional clothes / hanging wardrobes in that room but it wont be exclusive .It will be at my discretion.
The King William pub is 7 minutes walk. Laundrette 10 minutes, Co-op 15 minutes. Lidl 5 minutes by car.
Council tax, electricity and water are paid by me.
