The room to rent is furnished and at the back of the house looking out onto a well maintained garden with a patio which smokers can use. There are a few off road parking spaces but they are on a first come first served basis. The rent includes all bills (plus broadband)and washing if required! The house is close to local shops and on a bus route but also located in a quiet area.
