Large double room on own floor

Large double room on its own floor available to rent in private estate overlooking the Great River Ouse. Includes use of 1/3 acre private island. Both my partner and myself work long hours both at our home office and away. You will have access and use of the patio which reaches to the rivers edge and if you fancy taking to the water we have a two man inflatable kayak that you would be welcome to use. We have two adorable young cats.
