There is a lift up king size ottoman bed with very large storage area under, wooden floor, plantation blinds, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A desk and desk chair will also be added to the room if you would like one.
There is a TV in the bedroom with Sky and Netflix & Amazon prime also included.
There is high speed fibre broadband.
There is off road parking and shared use of the garden.
You will be sharing the home with 3 other professionals and will have your own personal fridge/freezer. You will have shared use of high end amenities in the kitchen area including cooking utensils & crockery and use of the lounge/snug and dining room.
Shared use of the utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
There is a very large, beautifully furnished bathroom which has a double shower, large bath, toilet, double size sink and electric mirror with shaver point.

The house is opposite Kensworth Common and there are beautiful walks over the rolling hills out the back of the house. There are two village shops within 5 minutes walking distance, including a post office and the local village pub is a short walk from the house.
Luton Parkway and Harpenden Thameslink train stations (with direct trains into London St Pancras station) are both 10 minutes away by car.


£800 per calendar month (or £225 per week for shorter let’s) per single person.
