The house is a minute walk to the bus stop enroute to L & D hospital and Amazon, 5 minutes walk to Leagrave train station to journey to Luton Airport in 10 minutes and to London within 40 minutes. If you are keen in walking then it’s about 25 minutes walk to L&D Hospital if working or considering to work there.
There is off-street parking for those who drive and you can secure a space from the local council. There is enough space for your bike within the garden of the house.
The house is very clean and we intend to ensure the high standard is sustain.
The room will be available to move in from 6th June 2026
