I'm looking for a new house guest!

A room for SINGLE FEMALE for single room occupancy, to share a peaceful home with one other calm, quiet female.

I work part time from home, writing wellbeing workshops and I enjoy my peace and quiet.

I meet up with friends for coffee, engaging creative activities in Nature walking in open outdoor places around Luton, Ashridge, Dunstable Downs, are amongst some of the places I visit.
I explore music and sound for relaxation and there are some great workshops close by.

A relaxed, comfortable, home away from home,
flexible arrangements for - Mon-Fri Let or 5 days out of 7 days. Slight rent adjustments can be made for 4 days out of 7 days.

Double size room, in a 1930's style, three-bedroom terrace house. The room must be viewed, to be fully appreciated.
Room will have double bed, refurnished fitted wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table, Comfy sofa, TV with HDR FreeSat box with Netflix optional extra cost.

**Bedding sheets & Towels are not provided unless requested**
Some Meals, Laundry & cleaning services can be accommodated at cost.

Sharing a bathroom with myself, with bath and mains gas heated water for shower or bath. It's cleaned daily!

Gas central heating and double-glazed windows throughout.

Kitchen has a large family size, fridge freezer, shared use of washing machine, and own fitted double storage cupboards.

Lounge is available for eating meals and being social.

There is an exceptionally large, private garden in the rear, with outdoor seated space.

Bills included are reasonable use of Electric, Water & Gas, Wi-Fi, TV Licence, included. References are required.
