This is a 3 bed, mid-terrace house.
A separate lounge / work station can be provided for extra cost for hybrid working

Individual Room rentals:
Share a peaceful home with other calm, quiet females.

One double room available for SINGLE FEMALES for single room occupancy.

I will be a live in Landlord, for room rentals, however travelling with my occupation

I work full time from home, writing and creating wellbeing, wellness workshops and I enjoy the peace and listening to Nature alive in my back garden.

This is a relaxed, comfortable, home away from home, for Mon-Fri Lets or flexible 5-7 days stay

Double size room, in a 1930's style, three-bedroom terrace house. Rooms must be viewed, to be fully appreciated.

**Bedding, duvet, blankets, sheets & towels can be requested as required in advance**

Sharing a bathroom with the owner (myself), has mains gas heated water for shower

You are required to be respectful and flexible towards others you are sharing with. Keep all shared areas clean, accessible and welcoming.

Gas central heating and double-glazed windows throughout.

Kitchen has a family size, fridge freezer. Shared use of washing machine, your own fitted storage cupboards.

Bills included are reasonable use of Gas, Electric, Water, Wi-Fi.
