Double Room Near L&D Hospotal

A double room now available in a shared house. The double is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and table/desk, 10 mins walk from the L&D hospital, a short drive to Junction 11 on the M1 and about a mile from Leagrave Station. The house is shared, with communal use of the kitchen, and 2 living rooms. We are looking for someone of either gender who is working and likes some socialising in the house. There is a bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs. The garden is laid to lawn and has a patio and shed. There is parking on the front of the property and also off-raod parking on the side. Bills included including wifi. £300 deposit and a month's rent in advance.
