Single room by Leagrave Station for one female

A single room is available in a quiet house for one female in full time work. Sharing with 3 other NHS workers. Room has a single bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. No parking on site but 5 mins walk to the train station and 25 mins walk to L&D hospital. All bills included; council tax, gas, electricity, water & internet. Shared facilities are bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Bathroom shared with one other female only. Bedroom can be locked. Deposit to secure the room & first month's rent required in advance. Contract is for 6 months +. No couples or overnight visitors allowed in consideration for other house mates. Females preferred & non smoking home.
