A BOX Room is available to let. Will be furnished.
Fridge, Washing machine and some storage space is available downstairs as Room size is not that big. so we can accommodate the stuff outside the room aswell.
All bills included within the monthly rent provided the person uses the gas and heating with fair use policy.
Current tenants are working professionals.
Hardly use kitchen.
Ideally this Room is suitable for single male working professional.
Situated on Luton and dunstable border. Near by L&D hospital.
Tesco is round the corner. On the road parking is free.
Tenant have to arrange their own WiFi if they needed.
Garden is also available to enjoy summer.
Separate laundry area is there to wash and dry clothes.
